What started as passionate hobby quickly became a fun way to make a living and that was how Glass Tint Etc. was born. Back in 1985 the doors opened at our 1st location in an old motel/garage behind the Colonial Restaurant on Bolton Ave. (currently known as the Oriental Wock). The 1 bay car shop quickly became too small. We then hung tarps under the trees and worked outside. We were real “shade tree mechanics.” By 1988 we were able to move to our current location. Our business continued to grow and in 2001 we decided to add a new shop, and extended an additional 4000 sq. ft. In 2006 we completely renovated the entire facility starting from the ground up by adding our new state of the art showroom, new shop, shipping/receiving areas and the warehouse facility. Our business continued to grow and in 2007, once again we needed more room. A Rhino Bed liner spray facility, custom restoration and fabrication department were added.
Today, our state of the art facility stands at a grand total of 20,000 sq. ft. offering 12 installation bays to better serve our customers. Our dreams have become a reality! Let us make your automotive dreams become a reality!
